A gaming company is looking for An head of retantion.
This role will be responsible for the management of the brand manager team and implementation of the company's Customer Relationship Management strategy.
With the assistance of the brand manager team, this role will ensure that the business continues to improve profitability levels through effective task management, ongoing analysis and targeted communications.
Role Goals:
• Manage a team of experienced brand managers
• Improve profitability rates across all activities – Products, Customers, promotions
• Prioritize tasks and projects according to company's quarterly and yearly targets.
• Build, maintain and communicate the company's Promotions plan.
• Communicate with other department team leaders to coordinate joint efforts
• Analyze campaign results, drive change accordingly
• Manage, optimize and document ongoing activities – weekly schedules, timed campaigns, internal & external communications
• Increase Customer loyalty and VIP values.

Required skills
• Strong management skills – at least 3 years of team management with proven results - must
• Ability to effectively roll out long and short term projects under strict deadlines
• Strong Marketing skills – ability to understand customer needs, target specific customer segments and communicate accordingly
• Dynamic thinker, cool, able to effectively & positively respond to changing situations
• Strong Analytical skills - experience in analyzing marketing campaigns and working with Excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables, IF functions, graphs) - must
• Relevant academic degree – Finance/Business/תעשיה וניהול
• English – very high/mother tongue level
A high-tech company in the center area is looking for a marketing Communications manager.
• Responsible for planning, development and implementation of the company's global Marcom and PR activities, incl. Europe and the US
• Manages and leads the development of support materials and services, printed and electronic publications, social media, PoS material, public relations with dedicated- and general media.
• Manages the Marcom staff and external consultants, incl. graphic design, technical- and copywriting, social media and PR professionals.
• Coordinates between Marketing and all other relevant corporate functions.
• Supports the company's international channel partners with their marketing activities incl. support of their trade shows, events and ads.
• Participates as a key team member that sets the company's global marketing strategy and tactical implementation.

• MarCom/Marketing background of minimum 7 years. Strong preference: candidates with solid experience with branding and branded products.

• BA degree at least - preferably in marketing, journalism, or public relations.

• Demonstrated skills in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities, incl. writing press releases, creating and making presentations and negotiating with media.

• Experience with supervising corporate website mgmt, production of commercial videos, merchandizing materials, managing multilingual packaging and product documentation (e.g. manuals, data sheets, collaterals etc.)

• Familiarity with Marketing Automation Tools - an advantage

• Creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal marketing skills.

• Strong oral and written communications skills.
